When are returns request accepted?
At Tallenge store we believe that customer satisfaction is key - therefore we stand behind all merchandise bought at our site. We will replace any order within 14 days of delivery, with free return shipping if you receive a product, which is not as per the specifications ordered by you-
- Wrong Size
- Wrong Color
- Wrong Quantity
- Damaged, or
- Significantly different from the description given on The Tallenge Store website
Individual items costing less than INR 500 (approx 10 US$) are non-returnable owing to disproportionate transit costs involved.
Any item that has been customized - non-standard size, image cropping, color editing, non-standard frame, increase or reduction in border width etc - is non-returnable and non-refundable.
When are refund request accepted?
Refund will be provided only on the purchase of original artwork. For prints, we provide only replacements.
Process for Returns
If you wish to return any painting you ordered, you can do so by emailing us on email@example.com with your order number to raise a request. We do not provide reverse pickup from your address. So, you would need to courier the item back to us on the address provided on your invoice. If you would like us to arrange for pick-up, the charges for the same will be deducted from the final amount paid back to you.
If an original painting is returned within 7 days of purchase no deductions will be made. Full refund will be processed and we would arrange pickup. However, if the product is received in a damaged condition, the amount will be deducted accordingly.
For International orders (outside of India) refund of only the price paid for an item will be done. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Any discount provided, or promotion applied, will be reversed in full and the amount subtracted from the refund value.
Time Duration for Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving the print/painting back at our premises.
For customers who have paid for the order using their credit cards/debit cards/net banking, the refund will be directly credited to the same account used for making payments.
For customer who had paid using Cash on Delivery (COD) service, our staff will email or call you once the painting is received at our premises. We will ask for your Bank Account Number, and IFSC Code. Once we receive this information, amount will be directly credited to your bank account. The Rs 50/- amount you would have paid for the COD will be deducted from the final refund amount.
For customer who had paid using PayPal, PayTM or any online wallet of payment service, the amount will be directly credited to the same service, after deducting any charges levied on the transaction by the service.
