  • How does The Tallenge Store work?

    The Tallenge Store is a very easy-to-use. We curate art from talented artists around the globe and put it online for you to view and select the ones that appeal to you. We offer you tools and a myriad number of choices of framing and size.
    Once you place the order, the canvas or digital print is produced, rolled, mounted or framed as per your selection and shipped to you.

  • There are many physical galleries. Why should I buy from The Tallenge store?

    While physical galleries have a charm of their own, they have their limitations too. For one, by virtue of having a physical presence, they are not always easily accessible – neither by artists, nor by customers.
    Secondly, since space in the physical galleries is limited, and the number of talented artists and photographers is high, physical galleries tend to be overbooked, and in certain cases, expensive. At The Tallenge store, you have virtually an unlimited amount of space to see and purchase art. You have an option of getting your purchases framed on Tallenge store, right from the comfort of your homes.

  • Do you sell originals or prints on The Tallenge Store?

    We sell both originals as well as prints, across genres and medium.

  • How do I place an order on The Tallenge Store?

    Add the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Buy Now" button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" on the bottom right hand side of the screen and follow the instructions.

  • What payment options do you accept on The Tallenge Store?

    Tallenge store offers you multiple payment methods.
    You may use Internet Banking or Cash-on-Delivery. We also accept all major credit and debit cards and mobile payment services.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, contact our Customer Support Team or email support@tallenge.com. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already printed or shipped. Please visit our returns page or contact us for alternate options.

  • I would like to buy something but I don’t reside in India. Can I buy from The Tallenge Store?

    Please leave a message with the art you like and the country that you would like it to be shipped to. We will get back to you at the earliest on how we will get it across to you.

  • How do I find a specific item from your catalog?

    If you are looking for a particular style of painting or photograph, we have the option of filtering artworks so you can browse according to certain specific requirements you have in mind. To search by broader categories, simply click on the links on the Home page e.g. 'Photography', 'Paintings', 'Prints'.
    Unsure of what you're looking for? Click on 'Shop all' to browse all artworks.
    If you are looking for something very specific, you can always type a search term into the white box in the top left hand corner of the page.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    For originals, we ask that the artist ship the work within three days of purchase. You should receive your work within 15 business days.
    For prints, the estimated delivery time depends on the shipment location. As every order is custom-made – size, matting and frame, it may take us 6 business days to get your order ready followed by shipping time. For most orders, we will deliver in under-2 weeks.
    Our attempt is to get your order to you at the earliest!

  • Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?

    We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate, or prints may vary. If the product you receive is significantly different from what you saw on the screen, you can return it within 7 days for a refund or replacement.

  • What if the artwork arrives damaged?

    If you receive damaged art, please contact us immediately to rectify the situation. All damaged art inquiries should be sent to support@tallenge.com with the subject line “Damaged art” followed by the order number (i.e. Damaged art: Order# 45289). You must also include a digital photograph of the damage.
