International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.
Wire Transfer Payment
In addition to credit card payments, The Tallenge Store also accepts international orders via wire transfer. Once you have added all the items in your shopping cart, please ask the online chat support person for the wire transfer instructions.
If online chat is not available, please drop us a mail to email@example.com and we shall get back to you with wire transfer instructions.
International Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated on basis of the size, variant (framed/unframed) of the product and shipping address. Standard shipping rate will be displayed on checkout once address is filled.
Estimated delivery time is 7-10 days based on destination (excluding customs clearance).
Duty and Shipping
Some International orders may be subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of, and payable by, the customer. You may check with your local customs agency for more information; unfortunately, we cannot quote these costs for you.
If a customer chooses to not pay the duty etc levied, and the package is returned or destroyed by the shipper, we will consider the order delivered and no refund or replacement will be provided.
Returns and Refunds
For items damaged in transit, or lost, we will send you a replacement item or provide a full refund. In all other cases, a refund of only the price paid for an item will be done. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
In case of customer choosing to not pay any tax or duty levied by authorities, and the package getting returned or destroyed by the shipper, we will consider the order delivered and no refund or replacement will be provided.
If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by The Tallenge Store. If the item is received damaged, please contact The Tallenge Store within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
